Executive Functioning Quiz interpretation guidelines.
It's crucial to understand that the quiz is a self-reported assessment. There are no established norms for the quiz, and the scores are self-reported without external criteria for comparison.
The focus should be on the differences between scores. This quiz is a tool for self-evaluation to identify interpersonal differences and gain insight into strengths and weaknesses. A scale from -5 to 10 is used, but it's not recommended to dwell on the numeric values.
Personal high scores indicate areas of personal strength, while low scores reveal areas of personal weakness. It's important not to compare your scores with others since everyone rates themselves differently, and personal standards vary.
The quiz should be used as a starting point for self-awareness regarding your strengths and weaknesses. The primary goal is to recognize the areas that can either support or hinder your progress toward achieving your goals. By identifying these areas, you can then create goals and strategies to improve your weaker areas.
